The Parade of Homes is the largest annual spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta taking place in April and May. The event features a wide variety of homes and townhomes in a diversity of styles, locations and price points and is free, self-guided and open to the public.
Every Parade Home is constructed by a builder member of The Greater Atlanta of Home Builders Association, a trade organization providing marketing, advocacy and industry connections to member businesses. Members have access to resources and education that helps them stay on top of their game.
When you participate in the Parade of Homes, you will benefit from increased digital advertising for your home(s) through our robust Parade Marketing Program. There will be more traction to your communities and potential buyers through your front door.
The Parade is a FREE self-guided tour over the span of three weekends, allowing thousands of consumers the ability to visit new homes around the Greater Atlanta area.
There will be an interactive map at www.ATLHomesParade.com and on our mobile app. Besides providing a great shopping experience for those who are planning a move, the Parade of Homes is designed to help showcase the benefits and value of new homes. Homes are all open specified hours over three weekends.
